Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- Your return request must be initiated within 60 days of your delivery date
- The item must be in its original or lightly used condition
- Original packaging should be included where possible, but is not required

Please have your order number ready and briefly describe the reason for your return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a return shipping address and any applicable instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error — for example, if you received a defective item or the wrong product was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Return requests submitted more than 60 days after the delivery date
- Items that have been damaged or significantly altered after receipt through customer misuse
Exchanges
We do not process direct product exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
